suev. Supplier Evidence

Organize and trace the documents behind your supplement registrations.

suev. is the registration evidence platform for supplement importers and regulatory consultants. Keep manufacturer certificates and supporting evidence in one workspace, with every extracted fact linked to the page it came from, so your team can review it and act.

Every fact linked to its source.

Early access is available by invitation.

Effective expiry

Notarization date plus the one-year validity stated on the certificate. Calculated by rule, not typed by hand.

Expiring soon
Why this matters

Regulators can ask for the attested file at any time. An expired certificate leaves a gap in it.

Suggested next step

Request an updated certificate from Cedar Valley Nutra and confirm its attestation for the target market.

From scattered files to evidence you can stand behind

Today

  • Certificates arrive by email and end up in different folders.
  • Expiry dates are copied into a spreadsheet by hand.
  • "Where is the original?" takes a search through threads.
  • Each consultant and colleague keeps the file their own way.

With suev.

  • Every manufacturer document sits with the registration it supports.
  • Dates and numbers are extracted and shown next to their source page.
  • Checking a fact is one click to the original.
  • Everyone works from the same organized file.

A registration can outlive the documents behind it.

Certificates lapse, manufacturers reissue documents, and attestation is done market by market. When a regulator asks for the file, what matters is whether you can hand over the complete, attested set.

  1. Expiry

Free sale, GMP and halal certificates carry their own validity, often shorter than the life of the registration.

  2. Reissue

Manufacturers reissue certificates with new numbers and dates, while the old copy stays in someone's inbox.

  3. Attestation

A document attested for one market may not be accepted in another.

  4. On request

Regulators can ask for the supporting file at any time, and it has to be complete.

How it works

These steps are available to early-access customers. Each pilot defines its requirement sources, market and scope. Your team reviews the evidence and findings before making a decision.

  1. Add the document

Upload the PDF exactly as the manufacturer sent it. The original file is kept unchanged.

  2. Extract, with the source

Dates, numbers and statements are pulled out together with the page they came from.

    Available now
  3. Link registration requirements

Link the registration to a requirement version with source and page references, within the agreed market and scope.

    Available now
  4. Review gaps and evidence

Review linked evidence, requirements without evidence and missing source references. Save internal review decisions, reasons and history.

Built by people who register supplements

suev. was founded by a supplement distributor with 20 years in distribution and product registration, including more than a decade representing US supplement brands.

We built it because we lived the problem: certificates scattered across email, expiry dates kept in spreadsheets, and files that are hard to put together when a regulator asks. Each pilot has an agreed market and requirement scope, reviewed by a person before it is used.

For importers and distributors

If the Authority asked for the file today, could you produce it?

  • Every manufacturer document behind a registration in one place, with the original file kept unchanged.
  • Each date, number and statement shown with the page it came from, so checking a fact takes one click instead of a search through email.
  • A view of linked evidence, requirements without evidence and missing source references for each registration.
For regulatory consultants

Many clients, many manufacturers. Which files are complete?

  • Every file you prepare organized the same way, so nothing depends on how a folder was named.
  • Findings your client can verify for themselves against the source page.
  • Requirements linked to their sources and pages, with recorded internal reviews, reasons and history.

Common questions

What does suev. do?

It keeps the manufacturer documents behind your supplement registrations in one workspace: free sale, GMP, analysis and halal certificates, licences and studies. Dates, numbers and statements are extracted and linked to the page they came from, so anyone on your team can check them against the original.

How is it different from a shared drive?

A shared drive stores files. suev. organizes them by registration and manufacturer and links each extracted fact, such as an expiry date or a certificate number, to its exact source page.

Who uses it?

Supplement importers and distributors who hold manufacturer documents, and the regulatory consultants who prepare their files.

How are my documents protected?

Access is by invitation, and each organization sees only its own workspace. The original file is stored unchanged. Text extraction is performed through OpenAI's API. One customer's documents are never used for another. We walk through the full setup in your demo.

Does suev. approve or guarantee a registration?

No. The Authority makes registration decisions. suev. shows what your file contains and where each fact came from, so a qualified person can review it quickly.

Does it monitor certificates and send alerts?

Analysis findings and linked evidence are available for your review. Scheduled expiry monitoring and email alerts are not enabled in the current version. The example above uses an invented certificate to explain the validity rule.

Which markets does it cover?

Market coverage and the requirement sources are reviewed and agreed for each pilot. Tell us which markets matter to you when you request a demo.
